Unfortunately I forgot my password, what do I have to do?
To recover your password, please go to the noord website and click on "LOGIN". Then simply click on "Forgot your password" and we will send you an email directly, which you can use to recover your password.
Will my personal information be kept confidential?
How can I change my personal information?
Log into your customer account to make changes. To register you can simply click here click.
How can I shop at noord?
Shopping at noord.at is very uncomplicated: simply use the links on the website from the menu or the sub-items. You can also search for brands, gift ideas or inspiration. Once you've found an item you like, all you have to do is select the quantity. Then simply click on "Add to shopping cart" and the item will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Check the items in your shopping cart again and then click "Checkout" to complete your order. Please then simply follow the further ordering steps. You can of course cancel the ordering process at any time and return to the shop.
I made a mistake and want to change or cancel my order. Is this possible?
That depends entirely on the time of the order. Please simply contact us via email, stating your order number and a reference to the product(s). You can use our contact form or send us an email to andrea.widhalm(at)noord.at.
How do I know if you have received my order?
After you have confirmed your order and paid using our secure payment methods, we will send you a confirmation email. This contains a summary of your order, such as the items you have ordered, their quantity, the prices, the payment method you have chosen and the delivery address.
Where can I find information about my order?
All details about this and previous orders can be found in your customer account. You can access your customer account by going to the noord homepage and clicking on " Login " in the top left. There you can log in by entering your e-mail address and your password. You can find all the details under "My orders". You can also find and print out your invoices here.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders received by noon Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day as far as possible. Orders that reach us after noon are shipped the next working day.
Can I combine discounts?
Discounts cannot be combined and only one discount code can be used per order. Also note that the welcome discount is only valid once.
How do I use my newsletter discount?
The newsletter discount code can only be used once for an order. All you have to do is go to your shopping cart. Please start the check-out process and you will find the input field for the gift voucher or discount code on the right. Enter the code in this field and then click "Apply". You will then automatically see at check-out that the discount has been deducted from you.
Which payment methods does the noord webshop accept?
You can pay with us by credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard), Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay, oPay, PayPal, Klarna or with a voucher.

Can I pick up the goods myself?
Yes, you are welcome to pick up your goods from us yourself. We have a Schaulager in Vienna in the 8th district. Collection by appointment is possible:

We send our packages insured with the Austrian Post.

How much is the shipping?
Please find out how much shipping costs under our shipping and returns information. All orders over 89 € to Germany or Austria are free of shipping costs.
What happens if no one is home to accept the package?
First, the relevant transport company will try to find a neighbor who is willing to accept and sign the package for you. If none of your neighbors are willing to do this, the transport company will leave you a note and take the package to the nearest parcel shop. If there is no parcel shop nearby, the transport company will bring the parcel back to the delivery center. You can then redirect the package online and the carrier will try to deliver it according to your wishes. If the second delivery attempt also fails, the package will be returned to noord after six calendar days.
Do you offer gift wrapping and personal messages?
Unfortunately, we cannot wrap your order as a gift for you. However, you can add a personal message, which will then be added to the package. Please send us an e-mail with the order number and your text. We will then not enclose an invoice with the package.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the order number. You can check the status of your order using the link provided.
What do I do if something is missing or damaged in my package?

Are the parcels delivered CO2 neutral?
For our climate, all shipments from noord.at are delivered by post in Austria CO2 neutral. All details Post.at

How do I return an item that I ordered from noord?

Is the return shipping for a return free of charge?
We can only cover the return costs for you in the event of an exchange . Unfranked returns will NOT be accepted by us and will automatically be sent back to the sender - please note that you may incur high costs here!
What is your return policy?
We can only take back the products if they are in their original condition. Returns that are altered, soiled or broken cannot be refunded. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
How long can I return the items?

When will I get my refund?
You will receive your credit within 3 working days after your package arrives at our warehouse.

How do I buy a noord gift voucher?
You can order a noord gift voucher via this link . There you can select the amount (min. € 10 and max. € 100) and also write a few personal words to the recipient of the voucher.
How do I redeem a noord gift voucher?
To redeem a gift voucher, please begin the check-out process. You will find the input field for the gift voucher or discount code on the right-hand side. Enter the code in the field and then click "Apply".
