The aim of Bornholms Ceramics Factory is to support and revitalize the craft tradition and production on Bornholm, Denmark. All products are made locally, maintaining the regional handicraft tradition with a long history in the beautiful Bornholm countryside. Two techniques are currently used in pottery production: wheel turning and jiggerjollying. All products are made of fired earthenware.
The Original Cup or Ø-Tasse (Ø means island) is the trademark of Bornholms Ceramics Factory. It is available in a variety of glazes and decors and arises from the desire to use and reuse all leftover materials from production. The Ø-CUP is available in leading design and museum shops across Denmark and directly here at noord.
This product is rolled, cut and glazed by hand. Therefore, the contours, glaze and color may vary from item to item. These features are a guarantee of absolute authenticity.

Shipping & Duration
All orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that we do not ship anything on applicable Austrian public holidays or on weekends. The following delivery times apply from the moment the shipment is handed over to the delivery service.

returns
You are welcome to return unused or unwashed items to us in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The goods must be handed in on time, otherwise we ask for notification by e-mail.
Please note that we do not bear the costs for the return shipment (except for exchanges).
