Although born and raised in Copenhagen, Sarah spent many of her formative years traveling through Central and South America with her father, who worked as a photographer and filmmaker. During her years of traveling, Sarah developed a strong passion for Latin American art and cultural Her heritage, and photography became her form of expression alongside art. Her works often depict shapes and geometries from the natural world and are often accompanied by writings and messages. After completing her Masters in Visual Art and Communication at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen in In 2003, Sarah started running her successful studio DasRotesRabbit, which encompasses visual art and communication alongside her photography career. Sarah continues to travel with her work, combining both commercial and personal projects.
