Monika Petersen attaches great importance to sustainability in her artworks. She creates all linoleum prints by hand and works without dangerous chemicals. The linoleum blocks are cleaned with vegetable oil after printing. The oil makes the linoleum more durable and thus ensures optimal utilization of the materials.
